About the Author
Deng Huiqing received her Advanced Diploma in Chinese Language and Literature as well as a degree in Educational Psychology from South China Normal University. She is currently the Chinese Curriculum Specialist for the Young Prodigy Learning Centre and has more than thirty years of teaching experience. She spearheaded the development of the Primary and Secondary Chinese program at the learning centre and continues to both train and conduct workshops for the teachers in her team. Many students have benefitted from her classes, and she remains an active advisor and instructor in Chinese-related seminars and holiday programs.
