Please note that some publications you subscribe to may not have any refund policy.
However, if the selective publishers are able to provide any refunds, there will be an administration charge of 5% of your purchase value.
Refunds will be made based on the recommendations of respective publishers at a pro-rated model.
All refunds will take up to 8 weeks to be completed.
Books and all other items
There will be no refund/exchange for books and all other items.
